Torrance Plumbing Pros is an advertising and referral service operated by Pinecrest Advisory Services, LLC. This page explains exactly what that means.

We are not a plumbing contractor

We do not repair, replace, install or inspect plumbing. We hold no contractor licence of any kind and make no claim to one. Every job discussed on this site is carried out by an independent local plumbing company, which in California should hold a C-36 plumbing licence from the Contractors State License Board.

What happens when you call

The phone number on this site is a tracking number operated by us. Calls to it are forwarded to an independent plumbing company serving Torrance and the surrounding area. Calls may be recorded. You will hear an announcement to that effect before the call connects, and you can hang up at that point or use the form instead.

California is an all-party consent state for recording phone calls, which is why the announcement plays before anything is recorded.

How we are paid

The plumbing company that receives enquiries from this site pays us, either a fixed monthly fee for the enquiries or an amount per enquiry. You are never charged. We do not mark up their prices and take no share of what you pay them.

What we do with your details

Your name, phone number and description of the problem go to the plumbing company so they can contact you. We keep a record of enquiries to know whether the site is working. We do not sell your details and we do not send them to several companies to bid against each other.

Reviews, ratings and photographs

There are no reviews or ratings on this site. It launched in 2026 and has no review history, and publishing testimonials we did not collect would be inventing one. Photographs are licensed stock from photo libraries such as Unsplash, and none of them shows work done by us or presented as the work of the company you are referred to.
